A defense built on experience.
Bradley J. Bailey, Esq., P.C. has defended clients in Massachusetts courts for over three decades.
Former prosecutor. Trial lawyer. Defender.
Bradley J. Bailey began his legal career as a prosecutor, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County and Middlesex County, and later as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts.
That experience gives him a unique perspective on criminal defense. He understands how prosecutors build cases, what evidence they prioritize, and where cases can be challenged. He uses that knowledge to defend clients facing serious charges in state and federal court.
Over his career, Brad has handled more than 100 jury trials and over 300 federal cases. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating available, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers.
